After last week's blowout, I'm shopping for new tires for my TT. After reading a lot of posts here and researching online, I've narrowed it down to Goodyear Marathon Radials or Maxxis M8008 ST Radial...

OP - Both tires are fine. Use them as designed and you will not have problems. Better yet if you have a TPMS.
I like the idea of a TPMS. To those of you who have added TPMS: Does this look any good?
I have no experience with the Accutire but as I always do I looked it up on Amazon and read the reviews. Bad reviews 9 of 21 were rated at 1.
Some insight on TPMS. If you lose communication with a sensor on the TST system it will take 1 hour before the receiver will notify you.
On the Pressure Pro system it will take about 10-15 minutes.
I still highly recommend the TPMS as it has saved me tire failures many times from nails screws and bad valve stems.
