Goodyear and/or Maxxis owners
After last week's blowout, I'm shopping for new tires for my TT. After reading a lot of posts here and researching online, I've narrowed it down to Goodyear Marathon Radials or Maxxis M8008 ST Radial...

We had four Maxxis 8008's put on in Quartzite AZ two years ago. Towed east from there down to the Florida Keys, back up to South Carolina, then west to Califonida, and north to Washington. Been back to Utah twice, and down to Oregon twice, plus several hops around Washington state. No problems.
We had to replace two of the Maxxis a couple of months ago due to bent axle, and suspension failure. Both of the tires had worn bald on the inside edge. Both were replaced with two more Maxxis.
Before that we had four Hercules load range D that disintegrated and one TowMax that exploded while it was on the spare tire carrier. The tire had a total of 30 miles on it and it blew up while the RV was parked in the driveway.
