When I bought my current TT new, I replaced the factory China tires with Maxxis. After 5 years and many many miles, I just replaced the tires and went with Maxxis again. Zero problems at all. I know they are speed rated at 65 and I generally keep it between 65-68 when towing. Again though, I have never had an issue with them. I think as long as you check the pressures and not drive like a bat out of hell, either tire will serve you fine.
