In addition to about ten other things, right now we are waiting for the entre insulation under the floor to be replaced due to defective pipe clamps that allowed pipes to burst at the connections.
Prior to installing the new insulation and under coat fabric, the Tech has to replace the remaining clamps since he believes that all of them are bad.
Since October, they have worked on something almost every other week, and that is not counting the shoddy workmanship that I have corrected on my own
