My BIL is not so lucky with his. Bought his new in 2007. Beautiful trailer. Nice layout, plenty of storage, etc. Roof leaked. Dealer fixed it. Leak again, worse this time. They had to replace the master bedroom inner wall, carpet, and mattress.
He's paid every year to have PM done to the roof. Two years ago, it leaked again, but at the opposite end. The entire rear cap had to be removed, roof replaced, and even a portion of a side wall. $10,000 worth of repairs!
Fortunately, he had a separate State Farm insurance policy, AND was able to show he paid for maintenance items, like replacing roof sealant.
His might have been a lemon... but consider an insurance policy. I have a policy for mine, despite it being a different brand.

Yea, I helped him adjust the W/D hitch when he arrived. The dealer that fixed his roof the first time is the same place that setup his hitch.
