Fords are different from Dodges when it comes to the combination GPS Navigation and the Satellite antenna for the Sirius Radio. Dodge uses two different antennas (GPS is in the dash under the front window) and the Ford Super Duty trucks, 2013 - 2015 use a single dual band antenna which is mounted on the roof. By the way, Ford uses Sirius, true XM band radios are different (as found in gm products).
Yes, the cabover will block the Sirius signal, but not the GPS signal. I did a writeup on how to relocate the dual band antenna on a late model Super Duty, it's in one of the threads here someplace...
