No way you can achieve that R value in 2" thick walls. Not enough space.
Actually, there is a way to do it but with a hitch. They use Reflexic insulation but it really only works well above 70 degrees.
While it doesn't do much of anything in the cold, it does give it's rull insulative value in the heat.
