Update on this situation.
Its going on 2 weeks that we paid the dealer for this camper. He told us they sent pictures to the manufacture about the problem. The dealer told us they are awaiting parts to fix the problem. I told the dealer the ball is in there court and to keep me informed, to date no contact.
What to we do? We regret that we paid them cash in full for the camper before they fixed it. I know blaming the dealer for this workmanship is not right but they hold the ability to make it right and have not. We are now worried when our warranty starts? They also give with each new sale a free one year membership to Thousand Trails with 30 nights of camper, we wonder when that will start?
Frustrated to say the least and still no camper.
