One of the things we did do as funny as it may seem to a degree, in all the parks I have been in that are on dirt, our tires go up on wood. Ground, tires, frame, all come in contact with water. Water = electrically. We placed 2 2x7 slabs of cedar wood, underneath both sides of the RV. We did notice the zing, zap, seemed to improve. The owner of this park came down and on his cell was talking to a electrical contractor. But...you have to see it to get the full picture. We have an electrical tech from a Electric Company coming in this morning. I want everything from inside and out checked. I even went as far as disconnecting my batteries. The owner of the park told me it was a short in my coach. I don't have fuse's or breakers going off at all. Unless to much power, then yes, but I have a automatic electrical compartment that WILL shut everything down if the system becomes to over heated. All newer RV's have that. I also walked around the park here yesterday and noticed all RV's are up on wood. Or concrete. The neighbor next door to me who is in a 5th wheel said you need to get those tires off the ground. I also have a reset button by the bathroom sink if anything goes off. I felt my breakers and fuse's inside the coach yesterday before I unplugged the unit, they were cool, not warm or hot. We have a major storm coming in late tonight, and if this happens again, I am out of here till the storm passes. I parked at a KOA here in this area while I waiting for a spot to open in this county, there I was in dirt, but never had this issue from their electrical box. So I have to assume it is the owners box that is causing this issue. BTW they have PG&E, but the electrical boxes were not put in by PG&E so that company would not be able to assist. I also have to wonder too, a year ago from what my neighbor said there was a fire in this spot caused by a bbq that burned the RV to the ground. So I have to think an electrical wire underneath the ground has or may have shorted out. I will post after the electrical tech comes today and his findings. Thanks for sticking with me about this situation. It has put much stress on me and my rig, and the lack of the owner of this parks concern.
