And once you test the power post, if it comes up 2 yellow lights OK, then go inside the camper and plug it in one of the outlets inside to test the camper.
An electrician with a volt/ohm meter can sort out your problem real quick if it is the camper.
As was said, there is still a problem. I cannot understand why the guy you had come out told you what he did. That goes agasint so many things in the electrician trade. I'm still shaking my head....
