Grounding issues

Am giving my half azz 30 days notice tomorrow. We have done all we can to find out what the hell is going on here. Even my landline that is connected to the electrical box doesn't work the way it should be. I found a place in Bakersfield, that is up to date, and doesn't have these types of situations. I am a dummy, I recalled I lived back here in 2007 and 2009, all having to do with electrical issues. They have PG&E but PG&E didn't place the electrical boxes in this park. Some one with half a brain did. I believe it was the owners brother who is not a State Certified Electrician. Someone come here and take me out back and put me out of my misery. Since my tow vehicle is currently in North Dakota being used by my son for work, I will rent a 3500 from Hertz and get the hell out of here. To the person who said this could kill me, oh hell no, not on your watch. Or mine. And my friend who someone called "stupid" is far from it. Moving to a different area where there isn't this issue, is far better and cheaper then putting up with a retired contractor that doesn't know anything about RV's or even Motor Homes. So Monday this park gets my less then 30 days and be done with it. My life and my pets life are far better then putting up with this crap.:M
