Grounding issues

I got a hold of a Mobile RV Tech who a lot of people here say he is the best in this county. He's coming up here in a hour. I touched my electrical cord and it was cool. Not warm or hot. He works with Good Sam Extended, and when I told him of the fire that was in this spot, he was surprised that the owners of this park would rent this space out, as he said it could be the underground lines to their electrical box are fried. He asked me what have the owners of this park done for you, and I said nothing. He was not surprised by that, as he has done work for others in this park, so I will see how it goes. I was surprised I got a hold of him so quickly which brings a sense of relief. When ever there appears to be a issue, the owners daughter said you can leave. Am trying to get the hell out of here. I explained the surge guard to him, and he clearly said if the red is on, its their box not you. I will gladly pay him to fix all issues. Its worth my coach and of course my life. Will let you all know what he has to say and what he will do. Susan
