Things could have changed. Every manufacturer has bad stuff and good stuff that they put out. Maybe they just got a couple of bad ones.
Was the tech concerned about something in particular? I searched for those reporting issues online, but found few. At the RV shows I have visited there is lots of duplication in component usage between manufacturers. These have aluminum bodies and the pod design cuts about 500 pounds, plus there are two less joints. It seems there is a little less that can go wrong. The interior woodwork seemed standard to me, but I am no expert. I didn't notice screw tear out, which I sometimes saw on other campers when I searched the storage drawers. I can't judge plumbing well from the RV shows.
