H.D ANTENNA
Good day!!! The D.W. would like me to hook up an H.D. antenna to our house using a travel trailer antenna. is this is possible, or will this work? I am trying not to run a cable from the existing...

Yes, the outside house antenna has a power booster. I got 9 channels but all but 3 were unwatchable. No major networks unlike in the trailer.I even had the antenna a little higher than the trailer antenna and within 20 feet of it. I don't get it either. I put it up until I can get on the roof of my house and really get it up in the air. Our roof has snow on it with a steep pitch so I'm not going up there until it's dry.
I do no understand why the outside antenna with a booster don't do as good as the batwing but it doesn't. I would assume the batwing booster is more powerful and I need to get the outside as high as I can.
But I have to say, I'm totally surprised at the batwing without the hd attachment and the channels it brings in when it's laying down on the trailer with booster on.
