All damage will be contained within the manual transmission.
I hope the dealer is installing a new transmission vs rebuilding the existing.
If the vehicle was bought used then a used, rebuilt or remanufactured exchange would be preferred over rebuilding the existing. JMHO
If the used vehicle has more than 60,000 miles I would also install a new clutch disk.
