Well we have yet to decide if this car is used and how many miles it has on it if used.
In my neck of the woods, I have not heard of a "new" replacement on a used car.
Normally one will be located from a salvage yard with comparable miles on it and an replacement will be done.
It is very easy to talk about new demands on the internet.
It seems to me that it is a used car, since I had to look into the crystal ball for that answer. :W
