Had Americas Tires install new tires BIG PROBLEM

You won’t get anything done in a week even if America’s Tire Management was in their office. Get it fixed, go on your trip and consider a small claims action. You took pictures at the tire store? Recorded at statement from the kid? Have a repair estimate?
