This was basically our experience with our old F-150 Eco-Boost. We got 22 once on I-80 in Wyoming with a tailwind. Towing at the time was a close to 10,000lb loaded toyhauler. (don't recommend towing a trailer that size with a 150)
I have the EB in my daily driver Explorer and I average around 19-20 with mixed driving (more on the side of city than highway) on my commute to/from work. I could do better than that but I have a lead foot and the EB is so dang fun :) Around 23 with straight higher speed highway driving.
