Seen way too many in a gasser riding the brakes on a long down hill, just like I needed to until I installed my Pacbrake. No longer need for the brake peddle on the way down the hill now! I can almost bring the entire 19,000 GCVW to a stop on the down hill.
The Double Cab standard box has a tow rating of 11,500 with the 5.3 and has a GCWR of 16,700.
It also has a transmission, 6-speed automatic, electronically controlled with overdrive and tow/haul mode. Includes Cruise Grade Braking and Powertrain Grade Braking
