This. I appreciate the advice to go bigger- especially the specifics on kitchen duty. My wife and I are working class folks who both had tragedies in our youth and grew up below the poverty line. We've done well for ourselves and have had the 4000sq ft mansion, but we were happiest when we were in our 350 sq ft starter apartment in our youth. We have been there and done that and want nothing more than a simple, minimalist lifestyle with the necessities.
A jug of wine, a loaf of bread and thou. That's what we're shooting for.
I can fully appreciate the minimalistic style.. But I don't think you are realizing that a 26' trailer (w/o slides) is ~192sqft. that's almost half the size of your starter apartment.
Another question.. Have you ever RV'd before?
