I noticed that when I posted the pic....that was the camera on my Samsung S4 smartphone.
My initial impression was that he was towing a pretty big 5er with a 150. Had forgotten about this pic until I saw your thread.
Looking at the specs now, he is probably 1500 lbs or so on the pin, whether that puts him over any of his ratings, I have no idea. Truck appeared to be level and not struggling for power, although I had the windows up so I didn't hear what RPM the motor was running at when he passed.
Assuming he made down south from Ontario with that rig, it's not looking like he is having any problems.
