The options keep adding to the price but something’s will cost a lot more to do later.
I was very happy with the Hallmark team all thru the process, and they were ready for me to pick the camper up on time. We made an appointment and went back in to make a few minor changes several weeks after we took delivery. I expected to have to pay something for their time but they would not accept any payment, it was obvious they just wanted us to be completely satisfied with their product.
I live less than two hours from their manufacturing plant but to date have not had to go back in for any repairs warranty or not. I did end up having a defective refrigerator under warranty, Dometic sent a repair person to me for diagnosis and again for the installation of a new replacement.
