Here are some other numbersIf you look on the door column by the drivers seat you should find a sticker with the GWVR for your truck and the axle ratings. In you owners manual it should list the gross combined for your truck. Those will be the numbers for your specific truck. The dry weight on the trailer is useless and most people add around a 1,000# of stuff to their trailers so your trailer will be closer to 9,000# with full Lp tanks, water in the tanks, food, clothes, lawn chairs ets....
