Well the Interstate is a lot easier and nicer than the twisty two lanes that lead to most campgrounds! The real question is how will handle going up and down hills and making it around corners while going down hill and stopping at the bottom of said hill. The 5.7 will likely get you up the hills with a little effort, but it might be a double black diamond ride down.
