Happy medium between comfort and good gas mileage to haul?

Hi everyone! I just joined tonight, because we need your experience and wisdom! What would be your recommendation for the most practical size of TT for a couple in their early 60s who wants to trave...

We would like to buy a used TT and used TV. What I have seen new and liked the best so far, is the Fun Finder 214WSD, which is 25' and 4,205 lbs. dry wt.

The only other thing that we know of that we like smaller, is the FF 189WSB 18' 9" and 3,135 lb dry wt. I think that we could get by with a HL to haul the 189WSB...is this OK, or am I wrong in this?
