- blofgrenExplorerWell I know we love ours, and we are first time Ram owners. Tows our new to us 15,500 lb fifth wheel better than our Ford 6.0L towed our former 12,000 lb fifth wheel and gets just as good if not slightly better fuel mileage doing it. And this is with only 13k kms on it. The exhaust brake is second to none.
My biggest complaint about it is the absolute POS General tires on it.:M They have been balanced five times and I still have a highway vibration. I may have to break down and upgrade to a set of Michelins soon before it drives me crazy (or more so):) - DirtyOilExplorer

I did read it.... but no one has called me concerning whether I like or dislike my choice... How many of the good ppl on RV.NET can truthfully say they have been participants of these "surveys"?
I was selected for one of the consumer satisfaction surveys. Not sure which one (they don't disclose that) but the survey is fairly in-depth, asking the same question in several different ways and asking for justification of some of the answers. Took about 30 minutes. I took the survey at the end of the June, and purchased the car (2015 Fiesta EcoBoost) in February.
How many miles did you have on the Fiesta when you did the survey? My dad has a, I believe 2004 Focus, it has about 135,000 miles on it so far he's replaced front struts. Not bad, still running strong and no rust yet. His 2012 F250, he just plain hates the ride.... loaded or empty. Funny he'll drive his Focus and not notice the "small car ride" though. :B - cummins2014Explorer

The only think "American" about the Ram is the outsourced Cummins engine.
Not really. Lots of US Made parts.
And so too for the 6.7 Powerstroke. I really think all this bickering over Mexico vs US is rather unnecessary. Nobody seems to make the same comments regarding all the vehicles made in Canada. You'd think Donald Trump was participating in this forum.
Don't care where my vehicle is made. As long as it is built well and reliable.
I agree, but the point of the exercise was to show just how quick some are to judge. And while on the subject, Ram owners don't need a survey to make them smile. :W
Thank you all, for your participation.
Hello blt2ski, you can now lock this post, thank you.
What !!!!! just when Cummins got going, we haven't seen any pictures of truck and trailer, and the locked up B&W. Don't deprive us yet of another tutorial . Besides Fish hasn't joined the discussion. :B - DirtyOilExplorer

Italian flag not a jab. My FCA Ram has had a lot fewer problems than my DCA Charger did. My 'lil 1500 grocery getter tows my 20ft trailer like a dream :)
I kinda missed the "birdie with the worm" in its mouth, but the colours are in the right arrangement and the shade of green and red were so close. :o - Cummins12V98Explorer III

Survey show's: (so far) ;)
- took almost 100 views before the first non-Ram guy to post a jab
- all the posts so far have been anti Ram
- first jab was to post the Mexican flag, poster forgets, Super duty diesel engines made in Mexico.
Fish get's all twisted when I mention that AFTER he talks about my truck being Made In Mexico.
