HappyJac Motor?

I'm already in need of a second replacement HJ motor for a 2005 TC. Last time I only found them available as a complete head assy which cost about $200. Are the 12VDC motors available separately? I can't find just the motors online. I have an e-mail into HJ, no response yet.

  • Our camper was off the truck and slightly tilted so that all the roof water ran from the eavespout right on top of the motor/jack assembly on the faulty jack motor side... I think this helped the water intrusion problem.... I even had a plastic bag over it but it still got in there..

Call them. Many companies have spam filters on and many emails are removed.

Funny, many of us have Hjacks that are over 10 years old and no water intrusion... Probably going to happen this winter... haaaa...
I use my jacks all the time.

  • I had one fail a month or so ago, took the motor off and cleaned up the bottom bearing, (they get water in the bottom of the white case) it has worked good so far, if your electrical windings on the motor are still good might be worth 200.00 to take a look at it.. Initial fault was blowing the fuse on the control board.....
