I appreciate everyone's feedback. I've had very good service from my HJ tie down system but their turn buckle system can be a PITA. In as much as I already have the lowers units, at $119.00 for a set of 4 tops, it's a pretty good deal I think. Guess I'll give them a try. For that price, I'm not out much if they don't work well.
