Happyjack or Torklift
I am zeroing in on a TC and wondering which is the best setup. Are they a DIY thing to install?

The Torklift frame mounted tie down system is rock solid. I've never heard of Torklift tie downs failing, EVER.
On the other hand, I've heard of several incidents where the rear HappiJac tie downs have failed. The bumpers being produced by today's truck manufacturers are simply not strong enough to handle the stresses sometimes placed upon them. I've also seen pictures of the front HappiJac mounts causing damage to the front truck bed.
