I am zeroing in on a TC and wondering which is the best setup. Are they a DIY thing to install?

Torklift has no real competition. The Hippijac tie downs are far inferior in my opinion.
It's a shame that nobody else is offering what Torklift offers, because it should be self-evident that frame mounted tie downs are necessary for the weight and size of a truck camper.
