I had the same problem and was banging my head against the wall with frustration! Just discovered that the tube from the inlet and into the tank was cut too long during manufacturing. When they installed it, it made the tube coil upwards slightly and it was slightly higher than the inlet. So the tub didn’t go straight down! Simple gravity problem! I was able to take the hose clamp off and cut the tub shorter, clamp back on and worked like a charm! Don’t know if this is your problem, but it sure was mine! 2025 heartland Eddie Bauer 17BHL.
