Yah, I'd have to side with the campers...
Sorry, you have a watch as do they and the time is set. 10pm..
While you might not hear it, either used to it or it's like "White Noise", the campers, assuming tents, can hear it loud and clear.
I'd have to side with the campers, been there done that, and would have done the same thing... probably only sooner...
Just as you would probably hear them if they partied all night.
