I do own a Honda 2000, but I also know how much someone running a generator (for hours on end) near me can piss me off.
My generator is to provide 120V when air conditioning is required, and to charge my battery some with the goal of having a battery system that needs to be charged at the end of my Vacation. There is no need to run my generator so my battery is 100% charged when I am leaving.
I was at a place 2 weekends ago where someone was running a Honda 3000 just to run Christmas lights. Not my idea of congeniality towards other campers. Sure the 3000 is quiet, but compared to nature, its still loud.
