The permanent site? Do they own a truck? Do they move RV's from the storage area to the camp sites all the time? One membership campground that I belonged to had a truck that would take RV's to and from the storage area all the time, mainly on Fridays and Mondays return them.
You might also consider renting a larger truck. A U-Haul F650 with a 20' long cargo box is rated at 26,000 GCVWR, but curb weight is only about 12,000 pounds, so plenty of capacity to stop both trailer and truck, in addition to no sway that you could feel. If the U-Haul place is near the RV dealer, it should be fairly cheap, as you would not put on a lot of miles. Normally it is $39 a day, 30 - 50 cents per mile, + refill the gas tank to where it was when you picked it up.
You might find it really difficult to back up the 24' -haul and 37' trailer, but it is a option. Is the site a pull through? Can you move the trailer into place with your truck? Perhaps tow the trailer there with the U-Haul, then drop the trailer near the site, and back it in with a smaller - shorter truck.
