You can ask this same question in the truck camper section.
Its the force on the receiver and the lifting of the front of the TV.
I installed a Titan 2.5" recvr. with a 24" ext. on a GM SB truck with 3500 rear springs/air bags and Torklift Adjustable stableloads .
**the 2.5" recvr uses an ext that tapers down to 2" so you use a standard 2" shank . The 48" ext bar gets cut down to whatever size you need. Do your calculations correctly before you cut it :S
Many people who tow with a WDH use the Torklift super truss.
