LOL. FOX "news" isn't news per say. They have zero investigative staff members. They are all cut and paste. I know first hand. Most of their editorial has to be scrutinized by lawyers before going on air so they are not sued on a daily basis. The writers have to say "You can't say that. It's not true. We will be sued." They then have to rewrite the article to the satisfaction of lawyers. LOL.
Yep, most of what I read about the new $2.7 billion lawsuit indicates it has a good chance of success. I expect Fox is wishing they'd paid more attention to their lawyers, had better lawyers or enough common sense to know you can't just make **** up and get away with it forever.
