waykat, Boy I like Montrose a lot. I wanted to move there before Durango until two summers ago when we were there. It was darn near as hot as Phoenix and that nixed it for us. I'm glad you've found Cedar Mesa, it's like a giant playground for adults and kids. Have fun exploring with your triplets!! And we do know each other, kindred spirits all...
