My dealer knows about it and I have a sticker on the ECM cover that reads

Just in case one of the Tech's forgets! Yes it is a "tune" just there is nothing plugged in no extra boxes. If I'm out of town and something happens and they ask about the sticker I'll tell them I want to know exactly what the flash is for and why I need it before it is done.
This is not a tune or programmer to add HP like most of the add on boxes. This is to remove the EPA BS that is killing the diesel market. I'm not and never would "Roll Coal" like some of the brain dead guys do around here.
That is one of the things that has driven these EPA regs. Maybe if the police would ticket and tow their trucks that **** would stop. No different then throwing trash out the window. A $500 fine and some Community Service would have stopped most of the "Cool Rollers".
