Heartland is a part of Thor Industries and has access to quality parts suppliers. We love our Heartland North Trail and have only found 2 items that we wish were designed differently - neither should affect your potential choice.
I love the U-dinettes as they convert into a larger bed than standard ones. But speaking of beds, that "climb-over" queen in the front will get old in a hurry when the one closest to the wall needs to get up and visit the bathroom in the middle of the night.
Also that model has very little in the way of cabinets and storage. Finally, the 35 gallon gray tank is very limiting. For 2 people we can get away with 2 (military) showers each for a weekend, but we have to be very careful with hand and dish washing and we even work to put as much gray water into the black tank as possible to make it work (via tubs in the sinks and shower.
