I found several spots on my Bigfoot to be poorly insulated.
1) battery box is not insulated, I corrected this by switching to AGM batteries and sealing the battery box door with 1" foam board insulation. I only seal up battery compartment outside air vents in cold temps, then I open up interior vents and blow air into battery compartment with a small muffin fan. This keeps batteries approx. 5 degrees f lower than inside camper temps. This doubles available battery amps in sub zero f temps. and reduces recharge time.
2) The propane tank compartment is also poorly insulated, so I insulated as much as I could with 1" foam board on the interior of the camper. I insulated the propane door with Reflexit and left the vents alone.
3) I found the shelf that the fridge sits on (5/8 plywood) approx. 2'x2' area not insulated, I used 1 1/2" foam board there.
4) Windows frames (door frame as well) have a approx. 1/2 inche gap all around them, I stuffed some insulation all around the window/door frames. This helped reduce moisture condensation on the window frame considerably.
5) Even though the windows are dual pane I found covering them with Reflexit really helped reduce drafts.
