Heater questions
How much do I need to take apart to clean? Is it normal to have a brick next to the heater? The brick was there when I pulled the heater.

I would make the assumption that the heater was not screwed to the floor and the brick was to keep it in place? Was the heater attached?
I have had several RV's and no brick.
The cases of the furnace are "0" clearance and so should have no reason for brick.
