Heater questions
How much do I need to take apart to clean? Is it normal to have a brick next to the heater? The brick was there when I pulled the heater.

You may be right so after cleaning and testing the heater I put the brick back where it was. Heater appears to be working normally now, but don't think I will ever sleep with it on.
Went ahead and bought a small electric heater so when on shore power it will do, otherwise I'll just use another blanket.
