Highway speed RPM sounds good except that puts colder air across radiator and motor .

Highway speeds while turbo is producing some boost will produce more heat quicker. The key is for the turbo to be producing boost.
Having said that my truck has the electric heating element that produces heat for the cab until the engine coolant can produce enough heat. Great feature...
