heater warm up ?
Assume that the only issue was to get heat into the truck cab as soon as possible ! Would you start truck and get up to up to hiway RPMs and speed quick or would you maybe travel slower in a lower gea...

It was -31 this morning, -41 with wind chill in my town today. That is really cold. My vehicle even with the engine getting to operating temp will not fully warm up in the interior, unless I drive around for about 30-45 minutes, probably will take longer. No vehicle will...in these temps.
So what do I do ? I dress warmly. Heavy parka, heavy layers underneath, real winter boots, Mountie style trapper hat if needed, lined on the inside, heavy hide 'garbage' mitts, etc.
I'm wondering why the 'cold' at just above or just below freezing temps, is an issue ? :D
