Possible but not a guarantee. Of the 2 TT furnaces I have owned neither had a fan setting. If the flame went out on one, or didn't light, the fan wouldn't ever shut off. On the current TT if the flame is lost, or doesn't light, the fan runs for 3 min and shuts off.
