I will try that with letting the stove run. It makes sense because when I put those on to cook I often have to wait a while before the gas actually comes out.
Are you saying that you have to go through the purge routine every tine you turn on the stove? Or so you only have to go through this the first time you light the stove after sitting in storage?
If you have to wait for the propane every time you turn on the stove then you have a leak somewhere.
Where you plugged in to shore power, or were you on battery? If you were on battery I wonder if the furnace fan just wasn't spinning fast enough to let the burner light. Was the trailer plugged in when you were buying it?
