Here is the Trouble shooting flow chart from the service manual for NT30SP.
I'm going to guess here: that you now have the trailer lodged on some rocks up on a hill at a place you can't immediately access to work on starting the furnace. You don't have the skills or tools to diagnose the problems with the furnace even if you had a tow vehicle capable of pulling the trailer back to a place that has electrical power. This could be known as "stuck between a rock and a hard place".
My further guess is that you'll have to get a mobile tech up to your land to fix the furnace problems or haul it back to town and try to fix it yourself with the help of others.
All of the suggestions that have been given and will be offered could probably be condensed down to the above flow chart. You need propane at pressure at the furnace, spark to light the flame from an adequate 12v supply, and the operating bits of the furnace to be operable.
