Heavy snow cover your ac unit
Cover your a/c unit if you are in the blizzards path . If the snow gets deep and it rains by chance the water can wick into the camper . The snow acts like a sponge . Better safe than sorry

My park trailer sat out all Winter on a seasonal site for 10 years. Always had 2 feet of snow on the roof at some point. Never a problem. The inside is closed off to the outside of the A/C.
