We used a large pop-up with a dinette slide for several yrs. Both end beds would support your size & the AC will offset most outside noise. They can be really great getting into some areas.
The negative (for us) was having to open it at home to load stuff prior to the trip & after, to unload stuff. If you close up with wet canvas, you must also open after the trip long enough to dry the canvas. Otherwise you will get major mold.
We've had yrs of camping in tent, popup, trailer & 5er and they all have +/-. We also learned we were better off to get the largest we could afford as long as we did not exceed our tow capability.
