I'd be careful pulling a TT or an HTT with your Explorer. Maybe look at a PUP (pop-up camper). They also have canvas and several of them are quite large. They have more set up time, but have a low towing profile, which would help out your Explorer. I'm not a fan of canvas, but each to his/her own.
